Introduction to the Royal Treasury.

 

Originally the site of the the Royal Treasury building, this current building  was constructed on the same site in the early 20th Century for the Imperial City Guard Headquarters, but subsequently has been used by Hue College of Fine arts, and more recently Hue College of Arts.

Not a building that visitors to the Imperial City would probably have on a list of places to see may explain why it’s upkeep seems to have been neglected and no sign of use as Hue College of Arts.
